Sheering Village Pre-School CIC

In January 2019 we introduced 2 new bears to the children in pre-school and explained that they would each be taking them home for a few nights at a time.  The bears were given a suitcase and a diary to be written in to tell everyone about the exciting things they got up to!  We gave the responsibility of naming the bears to the children and they came up with 'Amy' & 'Sugar'.  They were the perfect names.

The children love the responsibility of looking after the bears and it has encouraged their skills in sharing and indeed caring.
